Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Dispatch Times
Orders will normally be dispatched the same working day or within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed from the next working day.
During particularly busy periods or large stock releases, dispatch may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you where appropriate.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, UK orders are normally expected to arrive within 1–3 working days, depending on the delivery service selected and the destination.
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched and do not include weekends or public holidays unless the courier provides weekend delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather or other disruption.
Delivery Charges
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow sufficient time for the courier’s tracking system to update after your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.
We will investigate the delivery with the relevant courier where necessary.
